Since our founding in the early 1980s, we have strived to distinguish ourselves by specialising in the field of industrial, intellectual and competition property law, supplemented with specific technical expertise. This wholly innovative choice in the Italian landscape has allowed us to excel and achieve growing success.
We provide true global support, acting as a single, highly qualified partner. We possess the skills, experience and knowledge to handle every aspect of legal and technical patent work, also in direct integration with Apta, our technical advisor structure.
In the early 2000s we fully re-organised our structure to operate even closer to our customers. We expanded our territorial base and added the Verona, Bologna, Vicenza and Padua offices to that of Milan.
All the Firm’s partners also possess specific technical and patent expertise as patent attorneys at the European Patent Office (EPO) and the European Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO). They therefore possess the necessary knowledge and awareness to directly grasp and solve technical and patent issues.
The increasingly close and in-depth relationship between legal counselling and patenting led us to create the Apta structure in the early 2000s. Once again at the forefront of our industry, we created a company dedicated exclusively to the registration of patents, models and trademarks of client companies worldwide.
